    Yes, we will email you a full VAT invoice on receipt of your booking.

  1. How do I pay?
    Payment is due on booking and can be made by credit or debit card, cheque, BACS, PayPal or online bank payment; we will include all the necessary details on your invoice.

  1. Do you offer discounts for multiple-bookings?
    If you are booking for three or more people, please contact us directly and we will be pleased to discuss a suitable discount with you.

    If you are considering one of our full-day events, we offer a 10% discount for bookings for two attendees and a 25% discount for three or more attendees; if you’re booking online, this discount will be applied automatically before you check-out.

  1. Do you offer a discount if I book both the morning and afternoon seminars?
    Yes, on the majority of our seminars we are pleased to offer our “all-day discount” if you book both the morning and afternoon sessions - please check the booking page to see how much this can save you on the seminars you are considering, or contact us directly on 0800 091 6915 or 020 7096 0305

  1. Will you send me confirmation of my place?
    Yes, as soon as your booking has been processed we will send you a confirmation email, followed by your joining instructions, including directions and venue details etc

  1. Is there a dress-code for your seminars?
    We suggest ‘business-casual’, but often people are going on to work after the seminar or coming to us straight from their workplace, so we normally have a mixture ranging from jeans to suits.

  1. How many people do you have at your seminars?
    It varies, but typically around 10 to 20.

  1. Are there facilities for disabled attendees?
    Yes, the majority of our venues can accommodate disabled attendees, but we would recommend contacting us first on  0800 091 6915 or 020 7096 0305 so we can ensure that the seminar you are interested in has the necessary facilities.

  1. Can I park at your venues?
    Many of our venues have car parking on site, but it does vary - please check with us on 0800 091 6915 or

    Yes, the majority of our venues are readily accessible by public transport, but it does vary -  please check with us on 0800 091 6915 or 020 7096 0305 before booking if this is an important factor for you.

  1. What do I need to bring?
    You don’t need to bring anything. However, as we provide a Wi-Fi connection (and access to power-points) for our seminars whenever possible, you may choose to bring along a Wi-Fi enabled device such as a laptop or iPad, so that you can put things into practice as we go through the session. Please note that this is not a requirement, but it might help you to get more from the event.

  1. Can I get tea and coffee?
    Yes, of course! Tea and coffee are available (free of charge) when you arrive and when we stop for a break mid-way. For our full day events, we also include lunch.

  1. What other type of people will be there?
    It varies with every seminar, but is normally quite a cross-section of people from different business-types and sizes, from the self-employed through to employees, managers and directors of larger companies.

  1. Will I have to stand up and say anything?
    No, definitely not! The worst that could happen is that we might ask you to tell us who you are and what you’re hoping to gain from the seminar (but even then we wouldn’t ask you to stand up) and if you’d rather not even say that, we won’t mind!

  1. Can I cancel my booking with you?
    Yes, up to 14 days before the event you are booked on, you can cancel your booking and we will refund your payment in full. You are also welcome to transfer your place to another person, but please ensure we are notified of this prior to the event.
